Exchange policy

7-Day Exchange Policy At TrendTribe, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If the size or fit isn't right, we're happy to offer an exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.1. Exchange Period You can request an exchange within 7 days from the date your order is delivered. Exchange requests submitted after 7 days may not be accepted.2. Eligibility for Exchange To be eligible for an exchange, the product must:- Be unused and unworn.- Be unwashed and free from stains, marks, perfume, or any other signs of use.- Be returned in its original condition.- Have all original tags attached.- Include the original packaging, where applicable.- Not have been altered, damaged, or modified by the customer. We reserve the right to reject an exchange if the product does not meet these conditions.3. Size Exchanges If you ordered the wrong size, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. Size exchanges are subject to availability. For example, if you received a size L and would like a size XL, we will process the exchange if the requested size is available. If the requested size is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss the available options.4. Exchange for Same Product Only (Size or Colour)Exchanges are strictly allowed only for the same product that was originally purchased, and only for a change in size or colour of that same product.- You cannot exchange your product for a different product, design, or item.- Only size or colour variations of the same purchased product are eligible for exchange.- The replacement product must be the same style/SKU as the original order.If the requested size or colour is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss the available options.5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products If you receive a product that is:- Damaged,- Defective,- Incorrect, or- Significantly different from the product you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Please send us clear photographs/videos of the product and packaging along with your order number. After verification, TrendTribe will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or exchange.6. Exchange Shipping Charges. If the product received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from what was ordered, TrendTribe will handle the applicable shipping costs in accordance with the resolution provided.7. Products Not Eligible for Exchange The following may not be eligible for exchange:- Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.- Products without their original tags.- Products showing stains, odour, perfume, makeup, or other signs of use.- Products damaged due to improper handling or washing.- Products returned after the 7-day exchange period.- Products requested for exchange into a different product, design, or item other than the one originally purchased.8. If approved, we will process the replacement product subject to availability. Exchange processing may take 5-7 business days after the returned product reaches us. Delivery time for the replacement product will depend on your location and our shipping timelines.10. No Standard Refunds TrendTribe generally provides exchanges rather than refunds for eligible size or fit issues. However, this policy does not affect any rights or remedies that may apply under applicable consumer protection laws, including situations involving defective, incorrect, or materially misrepresented products.11.
